Tommy is your average boy

Tommy finally escapes and inevitably turns to drugs and alcohol as a means of survival and mental escape from reality
Bad turns to worse as a girl he loves is raped right in front of him at the local youth center.
He rushes to help her, in the ensuing struggle, he kills her assailant.
Now on the run once more, he soon realizes that the world is full of monsters that like to harm children.
He's determined to take matters into his own hands. The little scared boy Tommy once was, has now grown to become an angry young man. More importantly this time, he's got a gun.
